Raymond Love, born on the south side of Chicago, IL, is considered a miracle child as he was healed from epilepsy at a very young age. Raymond and his family would later move to Arizona in 2002.
His dad wanted to make sure he had a solid business background and therefore, got him started in the sales industry, with Edison Brothers at the age of fifteen while still in high school. This began his career in Corporate America.
Ray received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resources Management from Western International University in 2018. He received his certification in Human Resources Management at DeVry University's Keller Graduate School of Management in March 2019. He is on target to receive an MBA in Human Resource Management in December 2019.
While building a strong business ethic and educational foundation in college, he still managed to make time to discover his gift as a musician. He has been blessed with opportunities to play for major Grammy Award-winning artists such as CeCe Winans, Shekinah Glory Ministries, Vicki Winans, and Lisa McClendon, as well as other well-known artists such as Tamia and George Benson, to name a few. He has also had the opportunity to tour throughout the United States and abroad in Japan, performing bass guitar.
Ray also landed an opportunity with and had great success working for Ethereal Companies/Royal Records for years as a Southwest Regional Director where he utilized his skills developed in business and as Musical Director to keep the team booked and flowing smoothly. This awesome opportunity really set the stage for New Groove Entertainment LLC.
Today, while in school and working full time, he manages to focus on ensuring that NG Entertainment is delivering unrivaled client satisfaction by specializing in quality music and entertainment.
Ray is married to Nicole Love, has two beautiful children and is a man after God’s own heart. Ray is an ordained minister and serves in his local church band at Crossroads Church in Casa Grande, Arizona under Pastor Timothy Hill.
